Footling Breech
I had my biweekly appointment today. I got not so good news. I called my good listener.
Abang, doktor cakap baby footling breech. She kena Ceaser delivery.
Takpe, belum term lagi. Insya Allah dah term nanti baby pusing.
Ye ke?
Insya Allah, tapi footling breech tu macam susah sikit.
Macam susah sikit?
You know how much I want vaginal delivery kan? Even last time scary gila.
Insya Allah, boleh.
I googled for the information. Footling breech is the least common breech. I guess that's enough for me.
I hope for the best.
And prepare for the worst.

Iris Favourite Lullabies
Lullaby 1
Baa baa black sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes sir, yes sir,
Three bags full,
One for my master,
And one for the dame,
And one for the little boy who lives down the lane.
Thank you said the master,
Thank you said the dame,
Thank you said the little boy who lives down the lane.
Lullaby 2
Iris, Iris,
Engkaulah ratu hatiku,
Bilaku berduka,
Engkau hiburkan selalu.
Iris, Iris,
Engkaulah ratu hatiku,
Kau tak dapatku lupa,
Iris, Iris!!!
Every night I have to sing these songs for her, if not she won't sleep and screaming "Baaa Baaa" for lullaby 1 and "Buu Buu" for lullaby 2.

The Power of 'Merajuk'
Dipujuk dengan...
Footnote:
Excerpt from glimpses by Adibah Amin:
“You can’t really translate merajuk into English. It’s one of those cross-cultural impossibilities. ‘Sulking’ carries a different connotation. When you say someone is ‘sulking’, you are implying that he is behaving like spoilt child. But when you used the word merajuk, it comes together with a cultural acceptance centuries old.”
I agreed.

Guessing Game...Again!
It was funny I read through my older posts and it was quite awkward when the time flies so fast. It seems that I just gave birth to my lovely daughter, Iris. It seems like yesterday! And now I’m pregnant with my second baby. Oh, how time flies!
So I guess it is the right time to play a guessing game, again! After which my entry on the first one was on May 21, 2008. Here are the guessers and their guesses:
- Mummy - Boy
- Bapak - Boy (tiru I sebab last time wrong guess)
- Nek Ma - Boy
- Tok Kedah - "Takpa la mana-mana pun, asal baby sehat naa" (He-he)
- Anya - Boy
- Ayah Wan - Boy
