Lab Objective:

By the end of this lab, Iris should be able to: Fully utilize Mummy’s milk

1.0 Introduction: In our first lab, we will learn about the utilization of Pigeon’s manual breast pump and also Mummy’s twins. It is important to understand the utilization and application of them because they will be used in powering Iris Adeena Binti Muhammad Firdaus with Mummy’s milk. Before we proceed with the experiment, we will review the benefits of breastfeeding.

2.0 Why Iris is still exclusively breastfeeding?

1. When you breastfeed, there are no bottles and nipples to sterilize. Unlike human milk straight from the breast, infant formula has a chance of being contaminated.
2. Breastfeeding makes our lives easier. I do not have to purchase, measure, and mix formula. There are no bottles to warm in the middle of the night! Jimat duit Mummy dan Bapak!
3. Breastfeeding requires Mummy to take some quiet relaxed time for myself and you, helping us bond.
4. You love to listen to Mummy's heart!
5. You hate formula milk.

3.0 Equipment

4.0 Experiment Steps
1. Lock the office door.
2. Get the pump.
3. Sit and relax.
4. Say hi to the twins. Hi!
5. Clean your twins with wet cloth.
6. Put the pump to the twins.
7. Start pumping with one hand.
8. Bloghopping with another hand.
9. Keep on pumping until the bottle is full (5oz).
10. When the bottle is full, praise to Allah “Alhamdulillah, ada rezeki Iris”.
11. Store the full bottle in the icebox.
12. Done with the pumping, but not bloghopping!

5.0 Conclusions: I have to cancel my two big conferences in Hong Kong (March) and Toronto (May) prior to the lab objectives. (Labels: Again, showing off).
